【DEVELOPING PLAN 】
According to keeping developing and remarking technology, regulating and optimizing the structure of the productions, improving the productivity, enlarging the industrial scale, ODL wants to be a researching and producing base of the fibre-optic instruments with high level in China. ODL wants to make the producing scale to get to 60k pieces in five years.

【PRODUCTIVITY】
The registered capital of the company is 8300000 RMB. ODL holds the proprietary technology, equipments and establishments for producing high quality inverting screen productions.
The production area is 2100 square metre. Producing processes are divided into smelting, wiredrawing, arrange screen, press screen, cold-forming, wrench-making and examine. There’re 133sets equipments and 42sets main production equipments at present.
Target throughput is 40k pieces per year, and ODL is going into mass production now. |
【TECHNICAL QUALITY】
ODL’s special technology about inverting screen fibre-optic plate has been invented by ODL. It is a high technical production by independent research and development. The process of producing is strictly according to international quality standard system control. The qualified rate of ODL’s main technology index----image run-out test index is 100%, and the range of the index is between 10 micron and 120 micron; the surface of the productions is very smooth without any concave marks.
The productions passed the scientific and technological achievements’ evaluation by Commission Of Science Technology And Industry For National Defence in July, 2004. They thought unanimously: The productions had already achieved the lead level in China and advanced abroad. The productions got the technical achievement reward third-class of CSG in October, 2004.
